1. The service

Harmonizer Studio ("the Service") harmonizes melodies you upload and generates accompaniment MIDI files, scores and preview audio. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy policy.

2. Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest or sign in with a Google account. A guest identity is stored in a browser cookie; once cleared, the sessions created as a guest cannot be recovered.
Keep your account secure. Actions taken through your account are treated as your own.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Content you upload

You confirm that you have the right to use the melodies or recordings you upload and that they do not infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.
You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant the Service permission to store, analyse and process it as needed to provide the Service, including sending musical data to a third-party model service to choose chords.
The Service does not use your content to train models and does not show it to other users.

4. Generated content and intellectual property

The chord progressions, accompaniment MIDI files, scores, audio and any other output generated by the Service ("Generated Content") and the related rights are owned by the Service. The original melody you uploaded remains yours.
The Service grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, download and modify Generated Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, such as practice, study and private enjoyment.
Without the Service's written permission, Generated Content may not be used commercially. This includes, without limitation: release or sale, publishing on streaming platforms, commercial performance, advertising, film, television or game soundtracks, and inclusion in any paid product or service offered to others.

Generated Content is produced by algorithms and models. The Service does not guarantee its musical correctness or fitness for any particular purpose; listen and revise before use. The same input may produce different results.

5. Usage limits

Each account has a daily limit on generations and edits. The current numbers are shown in the app and may be adjusted by the Service.
Automated bulk requests, circumventing the limits, interfering with the Service, or uploading malicious files are not allowed.
Uploaded files and generated results are kept on the server for 7 days (3 days for guest sessions) and then deleted automatically. Download what you want to keep.

6. Changes and interruptions

The Service is under active development. Features, limits and the interface may change at any time, and the Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or because of faults. The Service is not liable for losses resulting from this.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask for your account data to be deleted (see the Privacy policy). The Service may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

Updates are published on this page with the date above revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
